Due to the perishable nature of our bottled cocktails, we can only accept returns on items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered. If your order isn't quite right, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.

Provide Evidence
For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and bottles to help us process your claim quickly.
Await Authorization
We will review your request and provide a return authorization and the correct return address for our distillery if a physical return is required.
Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh batch of cocktails to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
